Performance Accessories PerimeterSeal Tape Eliminates the Need for Backer Rod and Caulk

Performance Accessories PerimeterSeal Tape is a waterproof solution that addresses the expansion gap along the perimeter of floating floors, eliminating the need to fill the space with foam backer rod and silicone caulk. It can be used around transitions, door frames and more. 

Simple and easy to install, PerimeterSeal Tape is rolled out along the perimeter of the floor, attaching it to the floor and adjacent wall or baseboard, covering the expansion gap. Now, install the quarter round. 

Once in place, PerimeterSeal Tape stops moisture from seeping through the edges of the flooring to the subfloor, therefore fulfilling warranty requirements of many leading brands.
